Grow
While we encourage every follower of Christ to grow individually through personal Bible study, prayer, and serving, we also believe that spiritual growth does not occur in isolation. At Stonybrook, there are two primary ways to grow in community, Small Groups and Sunday Christian Education Classes for Adults.
Small Groups
Small groups are groups of 6 to 20 people who meet in someone's home, usually weekly, for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. Over 20 different groups meet from week to week in Gahanna, Blacklick, New Albany and the surrounding area. Email Pastor of Spiritual Growth and Outreach
Ryan Gear for more information about meeting days and times.

Gahanna Area Moms Meetup
Do you want to meet and make connections with other moms of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers? We welcome you to a place in which you and your children can socialize and play in a warm and safe environment. We meet regularly on Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 am to noon) in the downstairs nursery at Stonybrook United Methodist Church.
We also get together for in-home playdates and at public places, such as restaurants and malls. Each month, we also try to schedule a Mom's Night Out event at which moms can have fun without worrying about the little ones. Please join us as we grow together as moms and friends. Stonybrook Employment Support
This is a difficult time for many Americans who are either unemployed or facing possible unemployment. Because unemployment and economic hardship take a personal toll, consider joining a Stonybrook Small Group or participating in a Sunday Christian Education Class for spiritual and emotional support.
